Orangery Phase 2
Following the completion of the first phase of this project, VBL Group will embark on Orangery Phase 2. The property is located on West street and St. Michael’s street, the Group will be developing a retail unit on West Street together with a number of apartments which will be used for short let accommodation for tourists visiting Valletta. All the properties in this phase share a common courtyard and access rights with Orangery phase 1 and thus the Group maximizes unit space. Full development permit is in hand and construction is planned to commence very soon.
